EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Organic Chianti Classico DOP Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil Limited annual edition · 2,000 bottles
Awarded Two Gold Medals NYIOOC · Gambero Rosso i migliori Oli d’Italia · Flos Olei
Crafted each autumn at Tenuta la Poggiona, the olives are hand-picked in small batches and cold-extracted within four hours of harvesting in a state-of-the-art mill, preserving their freshness, aromatic intensity, and natural concentration.

To fully understand the qualitative potential of the estate’s olive groves, a complete mapping was carried out in 2021. Each olive tree was individually marked with a different coloured tag, allowing for precise identification throughout the harvesting process.
Produced only once a year in limited quantities, the estate’s EVO oil is available directly from Tenuta la Poggiona and through a carefully selected network of kitchens around the world.
